If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Ben Sherman purchase, we are happy to provide a refund or exchange (for size only), subject to the conditions outlined below.

Conditions for Refunds & Exchanges

We will happily provide a refund or exchange if:

  • The goods are returned within 30 days.
  • The goods are returned unworn, in a clean, saleable condition, in original packaging with original tags attached.
  • An online return submission is completed on our website for the product being returned.

Note: We offer size-only exchanges online.
If you wish to exchange a product for a different item (e.g., color or style), please request a refund and proceed to purchase the new item in a separate transaction.

Exclusions

We cannot provide a refund under the law if:

  • The items are damaged, have been worn, or are not faulty.
  • For hygiene reasons, hosiery and underwear cannot be returned for change of mind or incorrect size.

Shipping Fees:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
  • A $7.95 AUD shipping fee will be deducted from your refund when using the Australia Post pre-paid shipping label.

Our change-of-mind returns policy is in addition to your rights under consumer laws. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method once we have received the return.

Important Information for Third-Party Purchases

For any Ben Sherman products purchased from third-party sites (e.g., The Iconic, Myer, David Jones, or independent retailers), exchanges or refunds must be processed directly with the place of purchase.

How to Return/Exchange Your Items Online

Email customerservice@salco.com.au with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

  1. Upon confirmation, our team will send you an email with an Australia Post pre-paid shipping label.
  2. Include the Return Number (provided in the confirmation email) on the returns card included with your order.
  3. Send your return promptly, as we cannot guarantee that selected exchanges will remain in stock.

Processing Times:
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.
