AS SEEN ON THE VAMPS
Ben Sherman has tapped British indie-pop darlings, The Vamps as the faces of the Autumn Winter 2022 collection.
The four band members — Bradley Simpson, Connor Ball, Tristan Evans and James McVey, unite to model the collection of Harringtons, knitted polo shirts and chinos before they departed on their post-lockdown tour of their fourth studio album Cherry Blossom. The campaign captures the musicians in their most natural state; showing camaraderie playing music and relaxing between rehearsals.
The Cherry Blossom tour was documented showing candid behind the scenes footage of gigs across the UK and can be streamed from The Vamps Youtube channel.
“I’ve really missed live shows. They sustain you a lot and I don’t think I realised that until we took two years off, so I think coming back to it now…it’s everything to sing and interact with people. That’s the reason why you do it.”, revealed frontman Bradley Simpson.
Cherry Blossom is a motif of growth for the band as their technical song writing matures and the album covers themes of progression and transformation.
The Vamps self-formed in 2012 and take inspiration for their sound from acts including McFly, Ed Sheeran and Mumford & Sons.
